Bye-Bye Basement

When we bought our townhouse two and a half years ago, we purposefully bought one with an unfinished basement with plans of finishing it ourselves over the years. Well, now, we are planning to list the house for sale in about 6 months, and we still haven't gotten around to doing it ourselves... So, we have hired a contractor and in about a month all of this will be gone. In its place, we will have a new bedroom, full bathroom, family area and laundry room!
