11 Days Old!

Here are a few snapshots of the past few days...

Brayden Kelly Sawyer

We welcomed Brayden Kelly to the world on the 19th at 6:43pm after 11 long hours of labor!

He is so tiny- weighing in at 6lbs 15 1/2oz and measuring at 19 inches long!


Brayden looks so different now than he did just 5 days ago! The poor guy has a bit of jaundice and has been laying on a UV light for a few days, but is otherwise healthy and perfect! Thanks to everyone for your support and prayers!

May Madness

The month of May is always one of the busiest months of the year for us and this year was no exception! In May, we celebrated our 4th anniversary, Kyle got his B.A., Kyle turned 25, and we went to tons of various activities. Here are a few of the highlights:

Baby Shower 5/4

Last weekend, our awesome friends, Macy and JT, threw us a couples baby shower in Denver!


Some people weren't too thrilled with the fact that I played volleyball... :) I didn't run or jump at least. :)

4/26 Baby Shower

This past Saturday, I had a fantastic Baby Shower! Here is one of my favorite gifts, a onezie that says, "50% Mommy plus 50% Daddy equals 100% Cute"

Big Ole Belly!

Here are a few belly shots at about 27 weeks preggo (currently at almost 29 weeks). We are getting close! We go to pre-register at the hospital in 2 weeks and then have about 8 weeks to go! Come on Brayden!

BabyMoon

A few months ago, we read in a magazine that it was a good idea to take a "BabyMoon," as a last getaway before kiddos come into the picture. We decided to sneak away to Denver for a few nights. Here we are above eating awesome Mexican food at Hacienda Colorado.

Snoogle Snuggler

One of the best inventions for pregnant women is the "Snoogle Pillow." I invested in one several months ago and it really helps me sleep! Madison too has taken a liking to it...

Mother/Daughter-in-Law Day Out!

Today, Kyle's mom kindly treated me to lunch and to a pedicure! It was great timing seeing as I can't reach my toes to paint them anymore! :)

24 Weeks and Counting!!

For those of you who haven't heard, we have announced the baby's name:
Brayden Kelly Sawyer!Here are a few pictures of the belly as of a few days ago. The one below is something I have been waiting a long time to do!!
We went to the doctor today and everything is progressing nicely. Lindsay has successfully gained 11 pounds and is feeling pretty good. The plan is still to be induced at week 39 (around June 19th). Brayden is growing at the right rate and is strong and healthy! He definitely likes to kick Mommy a lot! The other night, we put a water bottle on Lindsay's belly and watched him kick it off. Kyle also likes to push down and feel Brayden respond with lots of pushing back!!

It's a BOY!!

Today we went to have an ultrasound and discovered that "Little," is a BOY!!! He is very healthy, weighs 13 oz and is very active! To celebrate, we went out and bought a bunch of new clothes for him. Here are a few of our favorites.
